With twenty-five years of Engineering Management experience involving Government Contracts, Business Systems Projects, and Telecommunications, Mr. Rogalin has created products in literally all generations of software development transitioning from product development to product validation (SQA) and finally migrating to process verification. For more than a decade he has focused his professional growth on Software Process Management with a focus on time management, resource utilization, and performance. Christopher brings global expertise leading full lifecycle, best practices software/hardware product development, both on and offshore, in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CMMI framework. Prior to joining ESCO Advisors, Christopher was the owner and principal consultant of Frogs5 Integrated Solutions, LLC with a home office in Weston, CT, and an early member of the Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) since 2004.

With excellent client relationship, interpersonal, and team building skills, Mr. Rogalin has received accolades for his achievements from many organizations including Pitney Bowes, Motorola, NewNet, SS8, and ADC Telecommunications. He is recognized for his innate ability to build rapport with culturally diverse clients and colleagues, his expertise in providing superb customer service, and his experience collaborating with cross functional teams to consistently deliver creative solutions regardless of complexity, resource availability, or budget.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fairfield University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
